catchment strategy

In 2004 the DCCA Committee along with the community and respective industry groups formulated the Dawson River Catchment Strategy which outlined how we wanted our natural resources to be utilised and managed for the future.

This Strategy aligns with State and Regional Planning frameworks including the central Queensland Sustainable Strategy - 2004 and beyond which is the regional plan developed by the Fitzroy Basin Association
